Irving Convention Center

The Irving Convention Center holds conventions, exhibitions, meetings, and other events of all kinds. The facility uses as much natural light as possible in order to avoid the traditional convention center appearance. It is designed to resemble two boxes - stacked and rotated to create cantilevered corners - providing multiple, shaded outdoor areas for visitors. Much of the building is surrounded by glass for natural light and is curtained with a perforated copper façade for both a unique appearance and for the reduction of the consumption of energy.
